Coach
Sciarra is in his fourth year as Head Football Coach of the
Warwick Wildcats, his 11th overall year coaching
at Warwick. He was promoted to head coach in the
Summer of 2006 after spending 3 years as the defensive
coordinator. Since taking over the Head Coaching
position, the Wildcats have a 15 and 12 record and have won
the Section IX, Division II title once under his tenure
Coach
Sciarra, 30, was born and raised in Warwick and graduated
from Warwick High School in 1997. He earned a B.S. in
Mathematics from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters in
Educational Technology from NYIT. Coach Sciarra
was a 2-year starter
and Captain on the offensive line and as a
linebacker for the Wildcats in 1996 and 1997 and was awarded
the coveted #44 jersey his senior year.
In
addition to his coaching duties, Coach Sciarra is a
mathematics teacher at Warwick High School and teaches
grades 11-12. Coach Sciarra and his wife, Kelli,
reside in Orange County and recently
welcomed their first child - Mackenzie Rose.
